Unless something changes dramatically (wery bad news), I'm hanging my hat on the bullish spx daily I might hawe to go down and ring bell again, obwiously no one there today There's talk about putting Hugh Hefner together with Bob Guccione can it get any worse than THAT?

I really need to start selling options. I suggest to do at least some option-spread paper trades. I also suggest to construct your own spreads through single leg transactions as opposed to a single spread trade operation. Options take on an entirely a new dimension when you short them. The game is best played through time-dynamic hedging strategies. IOW, to readjust the portfolio risk on a continuous basis. I was recaping the day as I just got back to the office, I have to agree with you. Using single leg transactions generally offers more favorable bid/ask spreads. Also the time-dynamic hedging works well though it is much more labor intensive. For me with spreads make sure you close out the spreads in a manner that risk is not outweighed by reward i.e. you aren't risking a lot of already made gains/money to make a little extra to make maximum money on a spread.
