UK they should make a short steel ETF - I'd play that in my IRA all the time. I find that my best winning % has been on the VXX and X plays lately. Just bought 500 shares each of TZA and ERY at $9.14 and $11.51 in the IRA. Sold the same amount of shares at $9.43 and $11.82 last night, so assuming it goes up I'll have $300 more in my account than if I'd held it. Normally I wouldn't trade in and out so much in my IRA but I was concerned about some overnight funny business and didn't want ERY to be at risk after such a great run. I think oil is also at resistance and will backtest its 50/90 day MA's down at $77.0 - see the chart below: Economic data coming up though, so be careful - might want to await confirmation.

Oscar getting short on this bounce. His video today showed a batter getting up to the plate and striking out 5 times in a row. He's honest. We'll keep him on the island.

WOW look at TOL it's tanking with that economic data, can't believe I'm missing it!! I even noted that it was at $19.4 in pre-market, it just hit $18.5 - dammit!! I need more money...
VXX starting to break a bit - has underperformed though lately, UK you are right on that.
HD taking a nice dive, at least I'm in that one.

Watch for the Spy gap fill - 109.81. UUP also bounced off that 23.68 level again.

Current view of crude oil into announcement - looks like air below $78.6 down to the daily MA's at $77 if it can break that level:

XLF also top of triangle Thanks for that, Jack. Not down too much - never seen it on the money flows list, could be good it's getting that kind of volume. I don't think anything about stocks is interrupting

Welcome to Whipsaw Wednesday - Which Way Do We Go!!!
I'm baffled as to what's next...
Interesting that both gold and the S&P e-mini are testing $1,100 right now
Abdog if you're in Rob's room you'll notice that he warned about playing oil into the announcement - it's one thing to get the advice it's another to follow it...been marching to my own beat lately and it's been working - but he's a true professional and I should probably heed his warnings more often than I do...

The DX fell, consolidated, and then fell again to the Monday lod. The pattern looks complete, i.e., symmetrical. We now popped back to that 23.68 R. If we can consolidate here seems like it moves higher. I'm making this all up.
