As I mentioned in the Wrap, not sure I liked the action today. We did lose a Fib line from all the lines I've drawn, and the usual reaction is for the bots to outrun everyone to the bottom of the next line... that may be in the 1078 area although I'm not 100% sure.
Then it's wait and see there.
Would rather say bull and get this taken care of.

I have given it a considerable amount of...thought:
First I flipped for either Bull or Bear it came up Bear.
Then I flipped for Bear or Baby Bear it came up the later.

I'm gonna say bear, but I'll be ready for market reaction to all the 'stuff'. It can turn on a dime. I've been caught in that whirl-wind once or twice before

Normally I'd think there would be a bounce tomorrow. Here 2 charts that make me a bear. 1st chart is hourly spy showing not even close to being oversold yet Attachments:

Unfortunately, all SPX charts (except daily) on Scotturd are f--ked because of a 1,379.86 spike on 9/3 at 16:00 - Therefore, on the daily, based on my limited charting skills, I still see an ihs (head on 7/1 and shoulders hitting around 1040) - Bull tomorrow with SPX breaking 1115 by Thursday - Translated, I want FAS to hit 18.5 or lower soon - Later...

bear.. ..maybe shave 20pts off the spx... yeah, let's have a good old fashioned downward deluge!!! updrift on no volume is boring as hell. then again, the downward move today had little volume. but it did have MORE volume than that updrift last week.

Hey now...quite a bearish tone on the board today... almost a reversal of yesterdays data. I think there could be more downside to come but many more traders will be back Wed. Are they lookin 4 a bargain? Or to sell short??? Even though the charts show a bearish tone, a most likely outcome could be a bounce for wed and that will set up the ol' sayin .....Sell on Rosh Hashanah and buy on Yom Kippur scenario.
As such, baby bull for the red-shield!
