I can't imagine they will do it, everyone knows the H&S, everyone knows the critical marks and pivots. I just can't imagine they will let it fall. But, maybe it's for the best.
Go Bonds!
I feel so uber-bearish that I have to vote Baby Bull, but I doubt it 99.8%.

"If" we gap down good in the am, will consider switching sides..
It's about time for a bounce, but, it still may be a bit early too.... lots of indecisions around...

I thought you and Gap were on the crazy train to 850 or whatever. I don't mean that with disrespect, just thought you guys were driving the bear bus.

Ive been pretty bullish but todays market action sucked; I voted Bear (picked me up some Bgz & Faz in ah) for tuesday lets see if 1058 or 1041 is the spot. Now, if it aint it will get UUUUUUUUUGLY real quick. Everything Im lookin at is tellin me bear which means the MMs will probably whipsaw my azz... those pricks!

SP1063 and then SP1056 should get tested. If we bust through SP1056 with conviction, then it will get ugly. If housing numbers are better then expected, markets should bounce and make lower high (delaying doom). If bad, then it gets ugly fast (immediate doom).
Baby Bear for tomorrow!

I was going to post that I'd lost the plot (you knew that didn't you) on market direction - and that therefore I had to vote bear BUT then Cramer comes in all pessimistic so I just HAVE to vote big monster QUAD-BULL. Thank you for being my bass-ackward compass Cramer.

It seems when the poll shows a strong bias, the market often tends to move the other way.
Don't know this time, but right now the poll is a very strong bear bias.

Baby bear, big tank with 50% retracement

Things look at best neutral and at worst bleak long term.
Short term looking at the Euro retrace approaching the 50% retrace level I am guessing we put in an interim bottom tomorrow...
As such, BULL
---we shall see...

I dunno - I still feel bullish, which makes me feel like an idiot seeing recent price action.
I won't lie - I'm growing more bearish than I have been in perhaps over a year, but when I really try to dive under the surface, I don't have enough to back it up. There are not many bearish arguments that hold weight over the longer term (the Nov election is the short term thing that does have weight in my mind, which could head us down for awhile, but over a 3-5 yr time horizon, nothing does).
I guess that makes me a baby bull.

I thought you and Gap were on the crazy train to 850 or whatever. I don't mean that with disrespect, just thought you guys were driving the bear bus. Cos...you just committed the ultimate FAStopian sin....you associated Gap with a fellow board member (myself) as driving the bear bus and riding the crazy train?!?? At least I flip flop like John Kerry in the 2004 election! That commoditybear I know has been captain and conductor of the crazy train for quite some time now! lol!
