I think what we are seeing has more to do with the Banksters (aka GS) and the Politicos Cos we have talked about this before They are trying to squeeze the Govt They control the market They are showing them what can happen if they choose for it to go that way You may be right, I wouldn't put it past such arrogance

When GS made the statement " we do the work of God" I sent an e-mail to the SEC and said, Why dont you do the work of God and investgate GS. AND they gave me a case number a few days later...NO shit!! LOL!!!

They made a backdoor deal with the Govt and the Politicos reneged bowing to public pressure
Now they are showing their hand and if the Govt calls Bluff then we have a big problem from the long side
Trust me when I say.............. We dont want to see that happen

Ok Sloopy what would you rather have? 1) The SPX hit 600 with no manipulation 2) The SPX at 1320 with manipulation

I don't care what they all say or don't say about you Brosin. You're good in my book buddy. :)Taking a break at times is usually the best thing to do and now with you're new promoion you need to take a break anyway and focus on that new job that's paying you the big BB Bucks! lol As far as playing the short side. I like playing it because I have a better feel for it. I'm much better at finding tops than bottoms. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of bull positions, but those are all longer term (at least 6 months). I just know how to trade short side better.

Doom has his own blog or so I understand. I'd be interested to read the "comments" to his posts on the blog - probably all him in fake names talking to himself about how great he is.
