I HATE saying this, but does this mean they're expecting a depression? And if someone else posted this I missed it and apologize in advance (for Jack): www.creditwritedowns.com/2011/06/gross-rosenberg-qe3-target-rates.html Ceilings on interest rates, looks like to me this would drive money OUT of the country to higher-yielding instruments in say, Australia.

Maybe this ERs chart in the long run will just end up looking like a huge H&S?
That would mean the "historical rally" is probably 2-3 years out (when ERs start tanking as banks really start to lend at rapid speed to try and race eachother back in)
