Crazy week has come to an end - right? It's over? BTFD and all is clear? Seems like all the rage. I'm not buying in too heavily yet and if I miss it, so be it. I have to say the Nasdaq has been the strongest of the indexes, and that certainly showed again today. Apparently even if the Middle East falls apart they'll still need routers and laptops, so that stuff is all good. No trades today. Still holding on to the SQNM position and so far it's been a good buy. chart is ugly. Stops are in. Hope everyone made some money today and will do so on Monday. Members, please post your results along with your RDA of smileys!

made some good % on my SPY calls from yesterday. Went back to sleep after i sold.
Went and bought some SLV - I thnk we see 35 soon.. or a big blowoff top in the near future and i will be selling then..
Also Still like JJG for a long term hold, China having droughts and if they last a few more months Wheat is going to be a rare commodity this year

Well today was expiration day for a whole bunch of LVS calls that I bought as we went down this week to play the Qaddafy exit game. I got the move up today but not as strongly as I would have liked. The end result is that I pretty much broke even on those calls - traded out of most of them, exercised a few. Couldn't watch the market the whole day as my wife had some minor surgery. Wrote some $46 lvs puts for next week at the close. Overall up 2-3/4% of portfolio value today - that erased about half the loss for the week. Still feel optimistic about next week and almost put all those calls on again for next week but decided not to - I still have plenty of delta.

FFR was level at .15% and remains level for the week and in 'Deployment on Risk' territory heading into the weekend. This is still the lowest level it has shown in quite some time although didn't go any lower this week. My FAZ relost some more and MNKD moved down pretty good near the end of the day, so not good there monopoly world - Had some meetings late in the day, so didn't see the close but my account definitely took a leg down even though the market closed at lower than it was before I went into the meetings big cap - looks like I should've been playing with more cash headed into today as I gave back a lot of the previous days' unlosses, no moves account -9% / -$212K. I believe that is my worst day in this account, or at least it is close. I do have quite the hefty margin call headed into Monday - I would technically be able to hold out in meeting it until Tuesday if I wanted, but if the market is well green Monday I will have to get on damage control Have a good weekend everyone!

They did some rearrangement stuff on a couple of toes on both feet that I do not understand - I think it's a bit like making a McRib.

When you are born they count toes to make sure they are all there, and when you get older they rearrange them anyway. lol!!!

China is using some sort of weather control, but apparently its hard to control the weather on 9596960 sq. kilometers I hear they've got some of Wilhelm Reich's publications (the ones that weren't burned by the FDA) and are building themselves some knock-off Orgone accumulators...

Just watched... With the way my luck has been lately I've tried to reduce risk as much as possible and just have cash lol. My 52 week savings goal (top line of chart) was thwarted by the death of a vehicle, the purchase of a replacement, and subsequent repair of the new replacement. (Represented by that nice dip at the end of the chart lol) Overall from 2/27/10 to 2/25/11, I managed a gain of 57.1% Gains were primarily from saving ordinary income and being ultra-frugal, rather than trading. I was sooo dang close too!

I had a hell of a long day that ended up at the Covelli center downtown watching minor league hockey.
My first time there, it's hardly bigger than a highschool gym with some fancy lights and stuff. My little girl and her choir class sang the national anthem.
I was so proud.
Anyway, gotta crash, I'll post some pics tomorrow.
