Steve Jobs' official biography will be released in 2012. In honor of the event, Fastopia is running a contest for the best 1-Sentence Biography for Steve. We will conduct a membership Poll of all qualified entries. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded based on member votes. A quote from the source: "The book, called “iSteve: The Book of Jobs,” will be based on interviews that author Walter Isaacson has held with Jobs and his family, the publishing company said in an e-mailed statement yesterday. Isaacson, who’s written biographies of Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin, also interviewed colleagues at Apple and competitors. Here's how it worksAfter sharpening your pencils and thinking long and hard, you submit a single sentence that you think describes the Life and Times of Steve Jobs. You must make your entry by Friday, April 15, 2011 at 4PM. Once your sentence is submitted, that's it! You cannot change or modify your sentence, and you can only have 1 sentence in the contest. On April 15th, all entries that meet the entry requirements (see below) will be turned into an official Fastopia poll and will be available for 1 week for voting. How to enter your 1-Sentence Biography
You will enter the contest by posting your single sentence entry into this thread. All entries must comply with our Terms of Service in all ways. Duplicate sentences will not be accepted. Once you have entered your sentence, you may not change it. The forum notes modifications to posts so DO NOT go back and modify your contest entry at any time. I'm thinking of changing my Signature to:
