Ya ever notice as soon as you post something it gets 3 reads immediately adding to yours so 4 total? I have.

Ok I tested it with the Saloon, which you have to be logged in to access. It got 2 reads, both of which were mine.
But in the poll here, as soon as I clicked to post it, within a second or two it got 3 more reads. But I've noticed it often.

BTW, after Jack mentioned Fastopia on Cramer, the first thing I thought was: "we're not a secret source of market brian power any more"! We all have a valuable source of smarts here and we owe it to ourselves not to let this turn into a YMB type deal.

my guess is we will get bigger as a matter of course.
I saw another trading site like ours and their membership was tremendous. However their layout and set-up was not so good.
But it was huge.

I post a lot of threads, and have never had this happen.
It will sit with 1 read (my own) for a good while sometimes - and there are times where I will specifically notice that a post by someone else hadn't gotten viewed by anyone (usually ones where the thread title is self-explanatory) and it has slid down pg 1 of the FME with only 1 view. Maybe it happens for cosmic's posts and no one else's though... not sure.
As much as I like Fastopia, I have to say that I don't think we matter to anyone else nearly as much as we matter to ourselves LOL
