Upper Band (Bullish): 1101 Mikey The Neutral Band: 1096-1099 Lower Band (Bearish): 1092 Daily Trading Range: 1084.5-1105.5
Price activity extending toward the upper band will be considered bullish; smaller contract, longside trading with the trend will be considered. A break of this area would be very bullish and consideration should be given to larger size, long trading with the trend. Failure of the market to break the neutral band would denote weakness and pricing activity moving toward the lower band would be given consideration for smaller, short positioning with the trend. A significant break of the lower band would be viewed as bearish and an increase in short contract size will be considered. Trend should be in the background for all trades and includes the 15, 30, and 60 minute chart trends as a minimum. Additionally, be mindful of the daily anticipated trading ranges

This is fromMSNBC JUST NOW from the web ..Tucker Thurman was driving to work when he said he saw a small plane flying very low over the highway. He said he saw it then bank heavily to the right before heading into the building.
"There was a huge fireball. It's right into the building," Thurman told the Statesman.

Very odd since a small plane did the same right after take off yesterday. Banked to the left instead of the flight plan to right. Here i think inCA but not sure if i am remembering where this was.

This is from MSNBC STAFF ART within the last 15 min
The IRS, CIA and FBI all have offices in the complex where the building is located, though it was not clear if they are in the building that was hit. The FBI said its office was not in the building that was struck.
It was not immediately known where the plane was headed. The nearest airport is Austin Bergstrom International Airport, which is some 15 miles away.
.......from me is this the payback for wacking people with drones?

this also from MSNBC ..
A witness who described himself as a small-aircraft pilot told KXAN-TV that he witnessed the accident from the parking lot of a nearby restaurant.
“It was really low,” he said. “He brushed along a parking lot light … (and) shot right across the road. It was going really fast. … It sounded like the engine was on full blast. Then it whacked in-between the first and second floor.”

NP Abdog I threw some karma your way FYI - today is a SNOOZER but we might want to wake up soon and watch that USD - check the dollar index, it's coming up on a previously tested area at $80.7 which I believe may finally break today. Also watch UUP - on 7/14/2009 it closed at $23.86 - the next day it gapped down to open at $23.65, and the highest UUP has been since then was $23.77 on 2/5/2010 (today's high is $23.73). I'm thinking we're going to close that gap between $23.77-23.86 and head to $80.95 on the dollar index, which is the descending 50-month (4-year) moving average. I'd expect that to hold, but if the Euro weakness continues to propel the USD northward as a "flight to safety," the 90-month (or 7.5-year) moving average is at $85.6 - which the Dollar Index has traded below since 2002. No month has closed above that 90-month MA since the DX dropped from about $105 to $100 in December 2002, and it was only tested once, in early-March 2009 when the DX climbed above $89. Check out the chart below:

Check out a 1-minute chart of TZA - somebody's doing some HEAVY accumulation. Just scrolled through all my short ETF holdings and volume is dead everywhere - interesting that someone would decide to buy almost 2 million shares of TZA between 12:58-1:04pm...which one of you was it?

Worldclass you're welcome in here anytime seeya later
Look at TOL wish I held that short. DDR and SPG starting to show some negative signs, most of the banks seem to be topping, some are double tops, seem to be clear points of distribution
Only positive I see for the market is that the dollar is fading and the Euro just broke out a bit, it's north of 136.00 right now
