FASTOPIA MARKET SUMMARY FROM FEB 16-PRESENT (Updated July 19)

Feb 24, March 2, March 23, March 31st, April 1st, April 7th, April 9th, April 12th, 14th, 15th, and 16th, 20th, 21st, and now June 7th, 8th, 15th, July 6th and 13th have been the times when the majority vote was dead on (18%). Notice how many times it happened while the market was going up relative to when it was going down (Spring vs. Summer).

We as a board have been on the right side 55% (47/86) of the time. After falling off for awhile as the market was defying gravity, we started predicting the moves better the last 2 weeks of March and April (a streak of 19 out of 24 [79%] days on right side!!!!). We have stayed about 50% lately (16/33 since June 1st) as the market has majorly corrected.

Market has had 37 Big moves and 49 Baby ones. Market has been up 55 out of 86 days (64%), 17 of 33 since June 1st.


Overall, I would say that more times than not, bet on us as a group being right!

Brosin, you wrote: "I hope this has the effect of having more people vocalize their vote and play along. We don't need analysis / reasoning for everyone, just stating the bull or bear vote would be great."

Some may think this means that they should not spell out their reasoning for their vote. I'm sure that is not what is meant.

I think it says the participant should be very clear what her/his vote is. And to state it at the top of her/his post for easy viewing and compiling. The labor of collecting datum from each post should be made easy for the complier.

Then if the participant has a reason or opinion, she/he can state it below in the post.

We did it!!*


Friday April 9, there were 10 Bull votes cast in the vocalized voting out of 19 total voters. It is the first time we had over 50% dead on in a single day as a group. The group was also on the right side of the market 4 out of 5 days last week in addition to the 3 out of 4 days the week before. The group is hot and a round of applause is in order. Is the market getting too predictable or are we just that good?
