Global stocks are seeing their best sustained rally in nearly a year, with the MCSI World Index up for the ninth straight day - gains that are "very comforting," says JPMorgan Funds' David Kelly. "They suggest this is still a bull market" on a perception that European measures are sufficient to solve debt issues.

A:D flat on the Nq, issues and vol. Ny issues slightly pos, more so on vol.
tick is doing nada - MA at zero line. It's been a real sleeper almost all day. Let's see if we get something before the final hour.

I know this is obvious, but for newer folks, we just poked thru support, then rescued it, but see how fast it started to dump when it broke. Needs to hold here or sell the close.

I'm thinking Mutual Fund Mondays are back on at least through the end of the quarter as chasing performance takes over. As long as we stay above the 200 dma this should entice money managers to invest.
So to actually play/make money off this everyone should short the mondays as I am probably wrong.

btw...earlier this week it was announced that A-Stan has $1T mineral reserves (the A-stannies say its more like $3T). Yesterday CAT announced that its remobilizing mfg of its big shovel equipment (the kind of machines which eat mountains).
