Was in Popeyes last week (first time in over a year) - $7.30 for a 3 tender combo meal - sticker shock - Then as I'm looking at the register, while i wait, i see a $.57 transaction fee will be added to the total (and taxed i presume). IF you pay cash $.60 will be deducted from your total. I would've thought they'd have a waiver if your purchase exceeded a certain amount, but didn't see one. Was that in DC? They have a pecker tax there too. MD
