futures are following the market today rather than leading it.
anybody know what that typically means? trying to deciper that

Cos, my point was that the market is making strong moves and the futures are the ones that are following what it does
typically it is reverse (market reacting to futures, less liquid, less transparent more manipulated) i believe, right?
i'm thinking shorts are getting squeezed was what i was getting at

Between the twitter feeds and other places I watch, the bears are completely comfortable even after this pop. Much more upside to go in the short term

I have and am very busy so that is why I have not been posting much............my top broker found out a couple weeks ago he is in liver failure so I am handling his clients...................it is doubtful he will make it much more then a few months.......but we never give up hope...........I was in AUG PUTS but got out yesterday and pretty much all cash in my trading account until the poop storm settles.........I do have a small SPY call position that is doing well but wont risk it at the moment when I cant babysit .....yesterday thought my 980 was a real possibility....................GLTA

Current SPY range I have is 113.86-114.66 which ever gives first is the way we go IMO......................

It's counterintuitive to want to buy stocks as we head towards recession. But first, maybe we won't ever get there (I still think we will but it's not a done deal just yet), and second, that's probably why the market will bounce first as a headfake.
Still think we go up strongly the rest of the this week
