I think tomorrow we paint "The Chart" which means down, then down again, then down some more. It's gotta happen at least once before Opex. But they won't run that chart the week of Opex, so maybe now to get it over with since call values are up there and need to come down a bit more.
Not enough to break the trend, but enough to scare weak bulls.
No baby tonight, I'm bearish.

I vote 'baby bear'. I don't believe this market is ready for a major sharp downward swoosh for at least another week or so. The A/D was still fairly positive today. The McClellan Oscillator pulled back as expected by about 8 points to mark a lower reading of +55. The Oscillator has to make a series of lower highs and lows before I become 'Commodityy bear'. And the Summation Index is still solidly in an uptrend. For the market to dump hard, we need to see some slow down in the Summation Index first.

Disapoiinting retail numbers tomorrow - Bad weather in the Eastern USA
Concern for bad jobs numbers on Friday - The Feds are trying to blame the weather, but how many new starts are weather related? You might be late or call off if you already have a job.

BEAR - Back to Back shooting stars = no buyers end of day Is that called a "Firework?" I recall reading something about it somewhere.

Bull, all reasons named for being bear have been there for days and the market still managed to be more on the bull side. GLTA

Hmm. Many bears around here these days. Very hard to be a contrarian bear. Nonetheless, too many signals point to lower prices ahead (except the DX, which looks equity bullish, still).

ROFL - just seeing Brosin Bull. A $3 APWR move would send me onto cloud 9, maybe to never come down again. Of course I think we will eventually get to $20 which will have me on cloud 9 anyways, but I don't really expect to see a $3 daily move anytime soon, except for the day the TX deal gets financed! P.S. My roommate probably thinks I'm nuts seeing as I burst out laughing pretty loudly when I saw that. Not that he didn't already think that anyways I'm sure.

Would we even need to start one? I can already see it: Is Brosin nuts? Yes: 99 No: 1 (Brosin taking the contrarian approach)

Im Bear. Last week I got in at 71.85 and set a $1 trailing stop. It went to 72.32, dove back down and took me out and then took off up up and away without me. Grrrrr. So Iv missed all this good stuff. Hoping for a realy hard hit down to 70 so I can get back in and not put a stuuuupid $1 Trailer. (stupid, stupid, stupid...)

Too many perspiring beaten down bears running around expecting doom and claiming potential downside premised upon doji voodoo and indicators that have not worked thus far...
Price action and patterns say UP!
Everything I see says BULL we are just starting to get warmed up now -I see VIX sub 18 coming --lets get this party started!!! ;D

Before I vote ...I need clarification ... sorry but I realize I have NO idea on wha this vote actually is on Is this poll JUST on the S&P ..?? What was today actually considered ?? It was Baby Bull all day until the last hour .. so how did it go down in the record books? Since th S&P closed green was it a baby bull?
Or the fact that 2 out of 3 closed red ,, is it a baby bear?
Thanks in advance for any clarification given
George
