August series of JAZZ options expire August 21, 2010. For purposes of calculating a price for use in expiration processing, OCC will use the last available JAZZ price of $10.23 from August 19, 2010. OCC anticipates expiring JAZZ options will be processed in the normal fashion this weekend, including the use of the customary in-the-money thresholds to effect exercise of expiring JAZZ positions. www.optionsclearing.com/components/docs/market-data/infomemos/2010/aug/27611.pdfCosmic you are OK.

Actually I keep calculating that wrong. Looks like the $10 call closed at 1.40, so since I sold at $1.06, I think that .73 profit needs to be reduced by .34, so actual profit is 1.39/share.
Anyone want to check my math?

Anyone want to check my math? JAZZ option closing price has nothing to do with your profit/loss.. JAZZ pps has everything to do with your profit/loss If you sold JAZZ Aug 10 calls at $1.06, you can have a max profit of $1.06/share and min profit of 83 cents/share. Latter if Aug 10 calls got assigned -- this can happen if the holder of the 10 call didn't call the broker and advised not to automatically exercise the option... you are good..

Ok but I also sold $10 puts for $1.00, and they closed OTM, so you're saying the profit is either 1.83 or 2.06?
